These terms explain how to use our site and book your high-altitude adventure. When you sign up for early access or purchase tickets, you're agreeing to them.
Use our site only for legal purposes. Don't try to hack it, spam it, or interfere with how it works.
All ticket prices are shown clearly before you confirm. If we spot a pricing error, we'll tell you before charging your card and locking in your 600 spins on wheel experience.
We process payments securely at checkout. Your booking is confirmed and your 600 pokie starts once your payment goes through.
We design every ride and maintain every detail of our Ferris wheel with real care. To the extent the law allows, our liability is capped at what you've paid for your amusement park visit and play now gift.
